Reconnect to Strength

Build strength online in a group where you are still seen.

Reconnect to Strength is my signature coaching cohort: live virtual small-group training for women 40+ who want consistency, intelligent progression, and a coach who pays attention to the whole person — not only the repetitions.

We prepare the body, train strength, and make room for recovery. The program changes in phases so you can build muscle, bone, balance, coordination, and confidence without asking your body to perform at maximum intensity all year.

Why group training works here

The rhythm of a group, without being anonymous.

You benefit from the rhythm and energy of training with other women, but you are not anonymous. I know your history, notice changes, offer options, and help you understand when to progress, when to modify, and when recovery is the more intelligent training decision.

The group also becomes a place to learn. Another woman’s question may help you understand your own body differently. Over time, you build skill — not just compliance with a workout.

This may be right for you if
  • You want to become stronger but do not want generic fitness programming.
  • You are navigating perimenopause, menopause, or the years that follow.
  • You value live instruction, consistency, and community.
  • You can participate safely in group exercise, with modifications when needed.
You may need an assessment or private work first if
  • You have never exercised and need more individual teaching.
  • You are returning after surgery, a significant injury, a fall, or a long period of inactivity.
  • You have a complex medical history or symptoms that require closer assessment.
  • You are unsure whether group training is appropriate.
