The Founder

Alejandra Belmar

A Chilean coach and methodologist who refused to accept what generic fitness was offering women her age — and built something better instead.

For more than twenty years, Alejandra has worked one woman at a time — through perimenopause, through menopause, through postnatal recovery, through the long arc that follows. What she now teaches as Antu Mar is the result of those years, distilled and made teachable. Her surname — bel mar, beautiful sea — and her cultural inheritance from both Mapuche and Hispanic Chile run through everything she builds for the women who come to her.
