Terms of Service — Antu Mar

1. Acceptance

By using antumar.com, registering for an account, or purchasing any program, course, retreat, or service from Antu Mar (the "Company"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Programs and services

The Company provides hormone-intelligent strength training programs, coaching, digital courses, workshops, and retreats. Specific terms — including duration, format, deliverables, prerequisites, and refund eligibility — are stated on the relevant program page and confirmed at point of purchase.

3. Not medical advice

Antu Mar provides fitness and lifestyle education. We are not licensed medical providers, and our programs are not medical treatment. Always consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or are taking medication. You assume all risk of participating in physical training.

4. Payment, refunds, and cancellation

Payment is processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the Company to charge the payment method provided.

Refund policies vary by program tier:

Self-paced courses (Online Courses): [Define refund window — e.g., 14 days from purchase if less than X% of content has been accessed.]
Cohorts (Small Group Coaching, Group Membership): [Define refund and transfer rules — e.g., full refund up to 7 days before start; partial after.]
Retreats (Weekend Retreats, Flagship Retreat): Full refund up to 60 days before the retreat. 50% refund between 30 and 60 days. After 30 days, deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future retreat within 12 months.
1:1 Premium (Private Coaching): Refund and pause provisions are detailed in the individual engagement agreement.

5. Intellectual property

The Antu Mar Method™, the Antu Mar name and trademarks, all program materials, course content, methodologies, and proprietary frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of Antu Mar. Purchase of a program grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own training. Reproduction, distribution, public performance, or commercial use of any materials is prohibited without written permission.

6. Member account and conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Conduct that disrupts cohort dynamics, retreat experiences, or community spaces may result in removal without refund.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antu Mar's liability for any claim related to the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the program at issue.

8. Governing law and disputes
