The Idea

Most women your age are training alone, or worse, training with a program that was never designed for them. Group Membership brings you into a community of women who get it — because they're in it too. You'll see other women at every stage: just starting, deep in the work, years into it. You'll learn from each of them. You'll show up because they show up.

The work itself is the same Antu Mar Method that runs through everything else — hormone-intelligent strength training, taught live, scaled to where you are right now. What changes is the format: instead of working 1:1, you train alongside others, and learn from the questions they ask as much as from the answers I give.

Both are month-to-month. No long-term commitment. Pricing is shared in our first conversation.
