Coordinated Care.
The compass.

When your training and your hormone care belong in the same place — held by the same team.

How tired are you of being your own care coordinator? The doctor who renewed your prescription but does not know what you are lifting on Tuesdays. The trainer who does not know what your hormones are doing. The supplement aisle that feels like a black hole. The internet that says everything and nothing. The friend who tried that thing and swears by it. The hours of your life spent sorting it out by yourself.

You did not sign up to be the project manager of your own midlife.

Coordinated Care is the next door we are opening — for women already in our work, and for those who want everything held in one place from the start. We are building it thoughtfully, with the kind of care this work deserves. The waitlist is open. The waitlist hears everything first.

A still life — a brass compass on linen, in afternoon light. Or a long horizon, calm sea, instrument as quiet metaphor. Earth tones, editorial.
Why Coordinated Care

The training comes first. Always.

Antu Mar was built on a refusal — that the answer for women in their forties, fifties, and sixties was not a prescription pad and a five-minute appointment. The method comes first because the body responds to the work, not to the pill alone.

For many women, hormone therapy is also part of the protocol. When it is, it should be coordinated with the same care, the same intelligence, and the same long-view philosophy as everything else we do. That is what Coordinated Care is for.

Not a menopause clinic with a coaching add-on. A coaching method with coordinated medical care underneath, delivered by licensed clinicians, integrated with the training you are already doing.

Who Coordinated Care Is For

Women in the long middle.

  • Women navigating perimenopause or menopausewho want clinical care from someone who actually understands what is happening — coordinated with the strength training your body needs.
  • Women already on HRTwho want a more responsive, more thoughtful care relationship than they have now — one that knows your training, not just your prescription.
  • Women curious about HRTwho want to evaluate it with a clinician who will neither push it nor reflexively dismiss it.
  • Women who have done the researchand want a coordinated provider rather than juggling a primary care doctor, a separate menopause prescriber, and a separate fitness coach who don't talk to each other.
  • Women in the broader Antu Mar communitywho want to bring their training, their coaching, and their clinical care under one roof.
Scope

What Coordinated Care is. What it isn't.

Clear boundaries make care safer. We are explicit about what falls inside Coordinated Care's scope and what does not.

What's In Scope

  • Telehealth consultations with licensed clinicians specialized in women's midlife health
  • Hormone therapy evaluation, prescription, and ongoing monitoring (when clinically appropriate)
  • Lab orders, results review, and adjustments coordinated by your clinician
  • The full Antu Mar Method — programming, coaching content, library of resources
  • AI-guided coaching on training, recovery, lifestyle, and the questions that come up between sessions
  • Messaging access to the Coordinated Care clinical and coaching team
  • Access to Antu Mar training programs as they launch (varies by membership level)

What's Not

  • In-person medical care of any kind — Coordinated Care is fully virtual
  • Primary care or care for conditions outside the menopause / hormonal scope
  • Acute or emergency care — please use 911 or your local emergency services
  • Mental health or psychiatric prescribing (we will refer to specialist care)
  • Care for women under 40, or for conditions outside our clinical scope
  • Medical advice from the AI guide — your AI guide is for training and coaching only, not medical decisions
About our clinical model.

The clinical care is provided by licensed independent clinicians through our telehealth partner. They make every clinical decision — what to prescribe, what dose, what monitoring — based on their professional judgment and your specific situation. Alejandra and the Antu Mar team coordinate your experience and hold the training and coaching side of your care. We do not influence what your clinician decides. This separation is required by law in most U.S. states, and we believe it is also the right way to take care of you.

How It Works

From inquiry to ongoing care, in six steps.

1
You

Begin.

Tell us about where you are — symptoms, goals, history, training experience. The intake takes about ten minutes and is reviewed by both our coaching team and our clinical partner.

2
Coordinated Care clinical team

Eligibility & lab work.

If Coordinated Care is appropriate for you, we order baseline labs (at-home phlebotomy where available, or a local lab partner). Your clinician reviews the results before your first consultation.

3
Coordinated Care clinical team

Initial telehealth consultation.

You meet with a clinician specialized in women's midlife health. Together you decide whether HRT is part of your protocol — and if so, what form. The decision is yours and your clinician's. We don't influence it.

4
Antu Mar

Onboarding into the method.

You will be welcomed personally by Alejandra. Your AI guide will be introduced. Your training programs will be set up for you. The Antu Mar Method will be organized for the chapter you are actually in.

5
Both

Daily and monthly care.

Day to day, you have your AI guide, your training, your coaching content. Each month or quarter, your clinician checks in, your labs come back, adjustments are made if needed. Continuously, you have messaging access — and the system routes your question to the right person, whether that's your coach or your clinical team.

6
You

Renewal, change, or graduation.

Coordinated Care is a long-term relationship, not a sprint. Tier changes are available quarterly. When the time comes that you no longer need active clinical management, you can pause Coordinated Care and continue with Antu Mar training alone — the door remains open in both directions.

The AI Guide

Antu — your guide to the method.

Antu — your Coordinated Care guide
"I'm here for your training questions, day or night. I'm trained on Alejandra's work, and I'll point you to the right module, recovery practice, or programming adjustment for where you are. For anything medical — labs, dosing, symptoms that worry you — I'll route you to your clinical team. That's the line, and I hold it."
What Antu does
  • Answers your training questionsin Alejandra's voice and grounded in her work.
  • Personalizes programming guidancebased on what you're working on this week.
  • Coaches recovery, lifestyle, and training contextday to day.
  • Surfaces relevant contentfrom the Antu Mar library when you need it.
What Antu does not do

  • Does not recommend dose changesor any prescription decisions.
  • Does not diagnoseor rule out medical conditions.
  • Does not impersonate AlejandraAntu is an AI guide trained on her method, not Alejandra herself.

Antu is a thoughtful tool. It is not a clinician. Every interaction is logged, sampled for review, and audited regularly by our team and our clinical partner. You can always escalate to a human — coach or clinician — with one tap.

Frequently Asked

Questions, answered honestly.

Is Coordinated Care a menopause clinic?
No. Coordinated Care is a membership that pairs the Antu Mar Method with telehealth-delivered hormone care. The training is the spine; the clinical care is one important part of the picture, not the whole answer. Most menopause clinics deliver pharmaceuticals as the answer; Coordinated Care treats them as one tool you may need, alongside the rest of what your body actually needs.
Who provides the medical care?
Licensed clinicians specialized in women's midlife health, provided through our telehealth platform partner. Every clinical decision — whether to prescribe, what to prescribe, what dose, what monitoring — is made by your clinician based on their professional judgment. Antu Mar coordinates the experience but does not influence clinical decisions. This separation is required in most U.S. states and is also the right way to deliver care.
What if I'm already on HRT through another provider?
You can transfer your care to Coordinated Care at any time. Your clinician will review your current regimen at your initial consult and decide together with you whether to continue, adjust, or transition. Or you can keep your existing prescriber and use Coordinated Care for the training and coaching layer — though most members find the coordination is exactly the point.
What states will Coordinated Care be available in?
Coordinated Care will launch in selected U.S. states first. We will share the launch state list with the waitlist before public announcement, and put non-launch-state members on a priority notification list as we expand. The goal is full 50-state coverage by the end of Year 1.
Will you accept insurance?
Not directly at launch. You will be able to pay with HSA or FSA funds for membership and most clinical services. Some labs and medications may be billable to your insurance separately; your clinician will discuss costs transparently before any prescription is written.
What about pricing?
Pricing is being finalized as we build. The membership architecture above shows the structure we are working toward. Final pricing will be shared with the waitlist before launch — we'd rather get this right than rush to publish numbers that change.
Will I be able to cancel at any time?
Yes. Coordinated Care will be a month-to-month membership with no long-term contract. You will be able to pause or cancel anytime through your member portal. If you've started clinical care, your clinician will help with any transition needs.
Is the AI guide reading my medical records?
No. Your AI guide (Antu) will work only on the training and coaching side. It will not access your clinical records, your labs, your prescriptions, or any protected health information. The clinical EHR is held by our platform partner; Antu lives in the coaching layer and stays there. This is by design — and your privacy is one of the reasons.
What if I want to work 1:1 with Alejandra now, before Coordinated Care launches?
The work Coordinated Care will deliver at scale is currently delivered 1:1 by Alejandra herself, through the Private Coaching program. Inquire about Private Coaching if you'd like the depth of 1:1 coaching while Coordinated Care is being built.
I want to talk to a person before joining the waitlist. Can I?
Yes. You can send us a question and a member of our team will respond — usually within a working day. We'd rather talk first than have you join the waitlist uncertain.
