Is Coordinated Care a menopause clinic?
No. Coordinated Care is a membership that pairs the Antu Mar Method with telehealth-delivered hormone care. The training is the spine; the clinical care is one important part of the picture, not the whole answer. Most menopause clinics deliver pharmaceuticals as the answer; Coordinated Care treats them as one tool you may need, alongside the rest of what your body actually needs.
Who provides the medical care?
Licensed clinicians specialized in women's midlife health, provided through our telehealth platform partner. Every clinical decision — whether to prescribe, what to prescribe, what dose, what monitoring — is made by your clinician based on their professional judgment. Antu Mar coordinates the experience but does not influence clinical decisions. This separation is required in most U.S. states and is also the right way to deliver care.
What if I'm already on HRT through another provider?
You can transfer your care to Coordinated Care at any time. Your clinician will review your current regimen at your initial consult and decide together with you whether to continue, adjust, or transition. Or you can keep your existing prescriber and use Coordinated Care for the training and coaching layer — though most members find the coordination is exactly the point.
What states will Coordinated Care be available in?
Coordinated Care will launch in selected U.S. states first. We will share the launch state list with the waitlist before public announcement, and put non-launch-state members on a priority notification list as we expand. The goal is full 50-state coverage by the end of Year 1.
Will you accept insurance?
Not directly at launch. You will be able to pay with HSA or FSA funds for membership and most clinical services. Some labs and medications may be billable to your insurance separately; your clinician will discuss costs transparently before any prescription is written.
What about pricing?
Pricing is being finalized as we build. The membership architecture above shows the structure we are working toward. Final pricing will be shared with the waitlist before launch — we'd rather get this right than rush to publish numbers that change.
Will I be able to cancel at any time?
Yes. Coordinated Care will be a month-to-month membership with no long-term contract. You will be able to pause or cancel anytime through your member portal. If you've started clinical care, your clinician will help with any transition needs.
Is the AI guide reading my medical records?
No. Your AI guide (Antu) will work only on the training and coaching side. It will not access your clinical records, your labs, your prescriptions, or any protected health information. The clinical EHR is held by our platform partner; Antu lives in the coaching layer and stays there. This is by design — and your privacy is one of the reasons.
What if I want to work 1:1 with Alejandra now, before Coordinated Care launches?
The work Coordinated Care will deliver at scale is currently delivered 1:1 by Alejandra herself, through the Private Coaching program.
Inquire about Private Coaching if you'd like the depth of 1:1 coaching while Coordinated Care is being built.
I want to talk to a person before joining the waitlist. Can I?
Yes. You can
send us a question and a member of our team will respond — usually within a working day. We'd rather talk first than have you join the waitlist uncertain.
